•  150 g LikeMeat Chicken-style Chunks
200 g glass noodles
100 g beansprouts
2 carrots, thinly sliced
1 mild pepperoni, finely sliced
2 spring onions, finely sliced
10 sprigs of coriander
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 lime, rind and juice
20 g roasted cashews, roughly chopped
40 g Sambal Manis paste
10 tbsp vegetable oil
10 tbsp orange juice


Marinade the chicken-style chunks in the Sambal Manis paste and a little oil, and leave to absorb for around 30 minutes. Create a vinaigrette by mixing the oil with the lime juice and rind. Season with salt and sugar to taste. Add glass noodles to salted, boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. Drain and mix together with the vegetables and vinaigrette. Fry the chicken-style chunks and add to the glass noodle salad. Sprinkle over the cashews and coriander.
