Ingredients for 2 people

• 240 g LikeMeat Gyros strips
• 1 onion, finely slides
• 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
• 2-3 tbsp oil
• Salt
• Pepper
• Sweet paprika powder
• 400 ml can peeled tomatoes
• 1/2 bunch chives
• 100 g vegan herb dip
• 200 ml water

PREPARATION

Heat oil in a casserole dish. Fry the Gyros strips, onion and paprika. Season well with salt, pepper and paprika. Add the tomatoes, including the juice, and the water. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Wash the chives and finely chop. Add vegan herb dip and chives to the stew before serving. Serve with bread or rice.
