Juicy Burger fleishveganexperten

with mango and chilli mustard


• 2 LikeMeat Juicy Burgers
• 1/2 mango, decored, chopped into large chunks
• 1/2 red chilli pepper, deseeded, roughly chopped
• 1 tsp mustard seeds, crushed
• 1 tsp cardamom, crushed
• 2 tbsp mustard
• 1 tomato
• 8 – 10 rocket leaves
• 1 red onion, cut into fine rings
• 2 sesame buns
• 1 pinch sea salt
• Pepper
• Oil for frying


Purée the mango, chilli and mustard to form a creamy mixture. Season to taste with herbs. Toast the sesame buns in a griddle or grill. Grill or fry the burger patties in a pan with a little oil.

Spread the mango mustard over the bun halves. Place a patty on the bottom half and cover with the rocket, tomatoes and onions.
