INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2)
• 120 g LikeMeat Bacon Cubes
• 500 g potatoes, peeled and sliced
• 6 spring onions, cut into small rings
• 100 ml water
• 2 tbsp oil
• 4 tbsp herb dip, vegan
Put water in a saucepan and add the potato slices. Cook over a high heat until the water has evaporated and then fry in oil over a medium heat.
Brown the Bacon Cubes in a separate pan with the spring onions, then add salt, pepper and mix in with the potatoes.
Dish up and serve with the herb dip.
